Nobody is born kind. We learn how to be kind. Being kind is about how to treat people well no matter how they treat us. Being kind it is not easy “Being kind is fundamentally about taking responsibility for your impact on the people around you. It requires you be mindful of their feelings and considerate of the way your presence affects them”. Sometimes you will see yourself caring about someone that does not want you to care about them. This is ok, it is not really about how others feel when you treat them. It is about your duty to be kind.
Kindness provides more for you than for anyone else. Whenever you treat someone well they often begin to appreciate you. That is great to make connections or even some good friends. In spite of being kind to others, there are individuals who will not reciprocate this and you will experience pain. However, this does not negate the fact that we should always be kind.
"Caring for yourself gives you the ability to care about others. Being at peace with yourself gives you the ability to be at peace with all men."
Try to put yourself in the other person’s position. Make sure that you know what he or she is going through.
Only express true kindness if you truly mean it. “Being kind isn’t the same as being nice. It isn’t about superficial praise.” Do not give a compliment to someone and behind their back express the opposite of what you just said.
Expressing kindness to others could prevent their demise. Let it go, let the peoples know that you care, that you understand. “To make somebody's day it is to make your own day.”
Just feeling to express your kindness to others is not enough. Let it go, let the peoples know that you care, that you understand. “To make somebody's day it is to make your own day.”, you never know if you will have that opportunity again.
